Zoovit is a local business discovery and visibility platform that helps users discover local businesses, offers, products, services, and events across Indian cities.
Zoovit acts solely as an intermediary discovery platform unless explicitly stated otherwise. Zoovit does not manufacture, own, sell, resell, supply, or directly provide the products or services listed by businesses on the Platform.
By using Zoovit, you confirm that:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Basic business listing on Zoovit is free of cost. Businesses may opt for premium or featured visibility plans, including Featured Business plans starting from ₹999/year. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Zoovit reserves the right to revise pricing, plans, and features at any time.
Zoovit does not charge commission on enquiries, leads, bookings, sales, or transactions between users and businesses unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. All customer interactions and transactions occur directly between the user and the business.
Any business registering on Zoovit confirms that it is completing the registration process through proper and lawful means and is authorised to represent the business.
Business listings on Zoovit are intended solely for display, discovery, visibility, informational, and promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise by Zoovit. Zoovit does not directly sell any products or services listed on the Platform unless specifically mentioned.
While Zoovit may conduct basic verification checks for certain businesses, Zoovit does not guarantee the authenticity, legality, quality, licensing status, safety, reliability, or accuracy of any business, product, service, offer, or event listed on the Platform. Users are advised to independently verify business information before making purchases or entering transactions.
Zoovit does not allow, promote, support, advertise, or display businesses involved in:

Businesses are solely responsible for all content uploaded to the Platform. Content must not:
All listings are subject to review and approval by Zoovit. Zoovit reserves the absolute right to reject, edit, suspend, restrict, or remove any listing, account, content, or business at its sole discretion without prior notice for legal, operational, reputational, policy, or safety reasons.
Businesses using paid promotional or featured plans may receive enhanced visibility, promotional placement, or higher ranking within the Platform. Such placement does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by Zoovit.
Zoovit is not a party to transactions between users and businesses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any purchase, booking, payment, refund, delivery, dispute, or agreement is solely between the user and the respective business.

Offers, discounts, promotions, and events listed on Zoovit are created and managed by respective businesses. Zoovit does not guarantee:

Users are solely responsible for reviews, ratings, comments, images, and other submitted content. Zoovit reserves the right to remove content that is false or misleading, defamatory or abusive, promotional spam, offensive or unlawful, or harmful to businesses or users.
By posting content on Zoovit, you grant Zoovit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on the Platform.
All Platform content including text, logos, graphics, software, branding, images, and design elements are owned by Zoovit or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission.
If you believe any content on Zoovit infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact us with relevant details for review and appropriate action.
Your use of Zoovit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Zoovit may collect and use aggregated, anonymised, and non-personally identifiable data for analytics, platform improvements, marketing insights, service optimisation, and security and fraud prevention.
By registering on Zoovit, you agree that Zoovit may send service notifications, platform updates, promotional emails, SMS or WhatsApp communications, and marketing announcements. Users may opt out of promotional communications where applicable.
Certain descriptions, summaries, tags, recommendations, or promotional content on Zoovit may be generated or enhanced using automated systems or artificial intelligence tools. Zoovit does not guarantee the complete accuracy of such automatically generated content.
Zoovit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Zoovit does not guarantee that:
Zoovit does not endorse or guarantee any listed business unless explicitly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted under law, Zoovit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or business, data loss, reputation damage, transaction disputes, or fraudulent activities by users or businesses.
Zoovit's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zoovit during the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoovit, its founders, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal expenses, or costs arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your business operations or activities, or user disputes or third-party claims.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment, franchise, agency, joint venture, or representative relationship between Zoovit and any business or user.
Zoovit may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, technical failures, or operational reasons. Zoovit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
Zoovit shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or server failures, cyberattacks, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or technical outages.
Zoovit reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
